The plot is unknown at this time. On September 23, 2022, it was officially announced that Zach Lipovsky and Adam B. Stein would be co-directors on the project. The directing duo are passionate fans of the series, and even went so far as to stage a death scene during their meeting in the studio over Zoom, using a combination of pre-recorded footage and visual effects, including fire and a malfunctioning rotating ceiling fan that burst from the ceiling and beheaded one of the filmmakers.
