Puzzle Box follows Kait, a recovering drug addict, who escapes to a house in the woods to rehabilitate himself. Joined by her sister Olivia, who decides to document the process, strange things begin to happen as the layout of the house mysteriously begins to change and the two find themselves in the inevitable, nightmarish puzzle box of the house.
